How to read these rates and balances
Rates are the API’s yearly rates × 100. No compounding assumption or realized return is added. LTV is the collateral loan-to-value limit. Available is the reported reserve balance, not a guarantee of an executable withdrawal. A zero borrow balance does not by itself establish whether an asset can be borrowed.
